Painted En plein air at Shell rd Stables in Richmond, BC on a hot summers day early one morning. The disused basketball stand caught my eye and told stories of children
long grown up and moved away, now serving as an ageing memory.
The property is now used as a stables and is full of wonderfully ageing barn structures all set amongst a sea of green trees to the south and mountain views of Vancouver to the north.
